Who are our clients?

Our clients are our priority and our focus is to help them achieve their lifetime financial goals.  In order to do this we offer a long-term relationship with regular reviews.  We spend time to understand their goals and aspirations.  This enables us to be accurate and realistic in setting and achieving our client’s expectations.

We find our clients value clarity and peace of mind when it comes to their financial planning.    They also value the security of the long-term and unbiased relationship that we offer.

We invest enormous amounts of time and effort to understand our clients as fully as possible, and work exceptionally hard to help our clients achieve everything that they wish.  We expect clients to be our partners in pursuit of their own success.


Our clients are capable and astute with good reasons for appointing us.  When asked, they typically tell us that:

  • They believe we care about their goals and dreams and will look after their interests as though our own. They may not have the time, knowledge or confidence to manage their own financial planning.

  • It is their preference to spend their time with friends and family, enjoying hobbies and relaxation rather than worrying about financial planning.

  • They are aware that many investment offers are simply ‘too good to be true’, and they understand and respect our sound investment philosophy.


Our service is geared to add the greatest value to those who either have sufficient assets, disposable income or indeed both and are looking to working with an adviser long-term to manage their financial affairs.

Equally we also successfully work on an ad hoc with some clients who prefer to manage their own financial affairs but simply require confirmation and reassurance that they are making the right decisions.
